Dividend FX Rate definition
Dividend FX Rate means, in respect of a Coupon Payment Date, the FX Rate in respect of the second Beijing Business Day immediately preceding the Cash Dividend Payment Date to which such Coupon Payment Date relates, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Dividend FX Rate means, in respect of a Share and the Share Currency for such Share and any relevant date, the amount of the currency per one unit of such Share Currency, determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the official mid exchange rate of the relevant currency pair(s) as determined by the Calculation Agent at or around
Dividend FX Rate means the spot rate of NT dollar and US dollar utilized by the Company to make interest payments on the Dividend Payment Date.
