Dividend DSUs definition

Dividend DSUs means the Deferred Stock Units credited to a Director’s Dividend Account pursuant to Section 5 of the Plan.
Dividend DSUs means the additional DSUs to be credited to the Incentive Account of a Director as provided in Section 4.3.

Examples of Dividend DSUs in a sentence

  • Once credited to your account, Dividend DSUs will be considered DSUs for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Shares represented by Dividend DSUs will vest and be distributed on the same date as the underlying Deferred Shares.

  • Dividend DSUs will be credited to the Quarterly DSU Award and Equity DSU Award subaccounts as applicable.

  • The number of Dividend DSUs so credited as of any dividend payment date will be equal to (i) the total cash dividends you would have received on that dividend payment date if your outstanding DSUs as of the record date for such dividend payment (including any previously credited Dividend DSUs) had been actual Shares, divided by (ii) the Fair Market Value of a Share on the dividend payment date (with the quotient rounded down to the nearest whole number).

  • Once credited to your account, Dividend DSUs will be considered Deferred Stock Units for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • The additional DSUs paid on each Dividend Payment Date pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence are referred to in this Agreement as "Dividend DSUs." For each dividend paid during a Deferral Period, the "Total Dividend Value" will be an amount equal to (i) the per share value of such dividend, multiplied by (ii) the number of Shares that you have deferred (pursuant to a valid Deferral Election) and not yet received (such Shares being referred to in this Agreement as the "Deferred Shares").
