Dividend Access Trust definition
Dividend Access Trust means any of the trusts established for the receipt of amounts paid by way of dividend or other shareholder distribution to such trust by one or more Subsidiaries of the Company (and/or an Associated Company as defined in clause 38.4.1) for the purpose of making payments out of such dividends or shareholder distributions to specified Shareholders in the Company who are beneficiaries of such trust by virtue of such shareholding ("Dividend Access Arrangements");
