Divided Loyalty definition
Divided Loyalty means that an individual holds any office or employment or relationship which may conflict with or reasonably be perceived to potentially conflict with his or her duty of loyalty to the Network.
Invested Percentage means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the percentage specified in the applicable Series Supplement.
