Diversion or Reconsignment definition

Diversion or Reconsignment means a change in the name of consignee and/or destination of the entire shipment, or any other instructions given to the Carrier requiring an addition to, or change in, billing necessary to effect delivery or involving an additional movement of equipment.

Related to Diversion or Reconsignment

  • written or verbal quotations means quotations referred to in paragraph 12(1)(b) of this Policy.

  • Diversion means the unauthorized movement of radioactive material subject to this chapter to a location different from the material’s authorized destination inside or outside of the site at which the material is used or stored.

  • Eligible In-Transit Inventory means, as of any date of determination thereof, without duplication of other Eligible Inventory, In-Transit Inventory:

  • Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment.
