Disturbing definition

Disturbing means noise which is perceived by a reasonable person of ordinary firmness and sensibilities as interrupting the normal peace and calm of the area.
Disturbing means altering the regular undertaking of the business which may happen at the start of or during operations.
Disturbing means any action which adversely affects the structural design or load-bearing capabilities of the principle or secondary members of the Premises.

  • If the Project involves a Ground Disturbing Activity, the Applicant agrees to monitor the condition of soils and wildlife in the Project Area each year in order to determine whether the soil conservation standard adopted pursuant to Public Resource Code (PRC), Section 5090.35 and the HMP prepared pursuant to Section 5090.53(a) are being met.
