District Parcel definition

District Parcel means the Total District Parcel excluding (i) the LAFC Parcel (as hereinafter defined) which shall be the benefitted parcel with respect to all of the easements, rights and uses of the District Parcel granted to LAFC under this OEA, and (ii) the Coliseum Property (as hereinafter defined), which property will not be subject to or burdened by, or otherwise benefit from, any of the terms of this OEA. The District Parcel is more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and approximately as shown on the Site Plan.

Examples of District Parcel in a sentence

  • If the District acquires a parcel for terminal and/or parking facilities (the "District Parcel"), Bus Company shall enter into a lease agreement for use of the District Parcel for its terminal and parking facilities during the term of the Agreement, and shall pay the District fair market rent.
