  • The District Manager, General Manager, Amenity Manager, Lifestyles Director, or his or her designee may at any time restrict or suspend for cause or causes, including but not limited to a Violation, any person’s access to the Amenities until a date not later than the next regularly scheduled meeting date of the Board that is scheduled to occur at least twenty-one (21) days after the date of initial suspension.

  • The District Manager, General Manager, Amenity Manager, Lifestyles Director, and onsite staff each have the independent ability to remove any person from the Amenities if a Violation occurs, or if in his or her discretion, it is in the District’s best interest to do so.
