District Excise Officer definition

District Excise Officer means Superintendent of Excise/Assistant Commissioner of Excise of the district;
District Excise Officer means the District Excise Officer appointed under section 5;
District Excise Officer means an Excise and Taxation Officer or Assistant Excise and Taxation Officer-in-charge of the district concerned for the time being;
