Annapurna Sarkar as named Executrix applied for the grant of Probate of the Will before the Learned District Delegate at Alipore, which was registered as Act 39 Case No. 416 of 1999 (Probate).
The Probate of the Last Will and Testament of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ was granted by the Learned District Delegate, Alipore in Case No.159 of 2002 (P) under Act 39 and accordingly the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, became the joint owners of the Said Property, each having one-third undivided share therein.

By an Order dated 7th December, 2000 the Ld. District Delegate at Alipore granted probate with respect to the Said Will to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ who was the executrix of the Said Will.
Thereafter the said ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ died as bachelor on 27th September, 1999 leaving behind him his said ▇▇▇▇ and Testament dated 19th August, 1998 and upon his death, the necessary Probate Application was made and initiated by the said ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as Executor before the Hon’ble District Delegate at Alipore under Act.
