District Contract definition

District Contract means all Contracts entered into by the District, including Public Contracts subject to the Public Contracting Code and Divisions 46, 47, 48, and 49, and all other Contracts or agreements entered into by the District. For the purpose of these Public Contracting Rules, "District Contract" does not include settlements of lawsuits or other claims against the District that continue to be governed by Board Policy 8.60.021-P, or the purchase, conveyance, acceptance, sale, or lease of real property or an interest in real property.
District Contract means a contract between the department and a BH-ASO. These contracts shall meet all applicable requirements of state and federal law.
