District ADM definition

District ADM means the average daily membership, as defined in ORS 327.006, for a school district, minus any ADM attributable to a virtual public charter school, as defined in ORS 338.005.

Examples of District ADM in a sentence

  • In the event that the District is determined to be ineligible to include the enrollment of bargaining member pupils in District ADM the District may, at its election: a) waive any provisions of this Section, and/or b) repeal the policy providing for the enrollment of employee pupils for whom state foundation funds are not provided as of the end of the school year.
