DISTRIBUTOR'S FEE definition
DISTRIBUTOR'S FEE computed in accordance with the provisions of ¶7(c) below. The Distributor's obligations are secured by a “SECURITY AGREEMENT” described in ¶10 below.
DISTRIBUTOR'S FEE with respect to each Accepted P.O. shall be equal to the collected P.O. Proceeds with respect to such Accepted P.O. less all sums payable pursuant to Section (a)(i)-(v) of this Section 7 and less 100% of all term discounts or discounts for prompt payment and/or other discount.
