Distributor Discount means the amount in U.S. Dollars calculated by multiplying the Commercial List Price by the distributor discount percentage specified in the product Catalog for that particular Product.

Examples of Distributor Discount in a sentence

  • A Standard Price Item is not eligible for Distributor Discount or Other Discount.

  • The purchase price for the Products sold or licensed by Bay to Distributor is determined by applying the discount percentages specified in Distributor Discount Terms to the list price of the Product or Service found in the Price List.
