Distributor Cost definition

Distributor Cost means, with reference to the sale of a Product, a category of pricing expressly referenced in the Cost List;
Distributor Cost means the investment cost incurred by the distributor;
Distributor Cost means the purchase price payable by Distributor for each Product at the discount from WGT's then current WatchGuard Price List, as such discount is set forth in Exhibit A.
