Distributor Code definition

Distributor Code means the Code of Ethics adopted by the Fund's principal underwriter and attached as Appendix 3(b) to this Code of Ethics.
Distributor Code means a code assigned to a Distributor during his/her registration.
Distributor Code means the Code of Ethics adopted by the Distributor.
