Distributor Accounts definition

Distributor Accounts means Accounts (i) arising from delivery of products in the ordinary course of business, (ii) which are billed pursuant to a customer agreement which provides for monthly billing, (iii) which are billed not more than 40 days after the date of sale of product and (iv) for which the Borrower shall provide, from time to time at the Administrative Agent’s reasonable request, a summary setting forth the invoicing of the consigned distributors.
