Distribution Services means services related to the distribution of electricity and the services the Board has required distributors to carry out, including the sales of electricity to consumers under section 29 of the Act, for which a charge or rate has been established in the Rate Order;
Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
Convention support order means a support order of a tribunal of a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv).
Litigation support contractor means a contractor (including its experts, technical consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers) providing litigation support under a contract that contains the clause at 252.204-7014, Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Information by Litigation Support Contractors.
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.
Technical Support Services means the remote telephonic support provided by Seller on a standard and centralized basis concerning the Products, including diagnostic services and troubleshooting to assist Customer in ascertaining the nature of a problem being experienced by the Customer, minor assistance concerning the use of the Software (including advising or assisting the Customer in attempting data/database recovery, database set up, client-server advice), and assistance or advice on installation of Releases provided under this Agreement.
Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.
Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure, such as a monopole, tower, either guyed or self-supporting, or suitable existing structure or alternative structure designed to support or capable of supporting wireless facilities. "Wireless support structure" does not include any telephone or electrical utility pole or any tower used for the distribution or transmission of electrical service.
Distribution Tariff means the Distribution Tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission on an interim or final basis, as the case may be;
Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;
Distribution Service means the delivery of electricity to Customers by the Distribution Company.
Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.
Litigation support means administrative, technical, or professional services provided in support of the Government during or in anticipation of litigation.
Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.
Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;
Application Programming Interface means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
Distribution System means the system of wires and associated facilities between the delivery points on the transmission lines or the generating station connection and the point of connection to the installation of the consumers;
Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
Distribution Function means the functions with regard to:
Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.
Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.
Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
