In order to enable the Company to comply with the requirements of the European Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (Volume IV of the Rules Governing Medical Products in the European Community), the Distributor shall keep Distribution Records for each Batch of the Product sold to the customers.
Within ten (10) days of Primus' written request, Distributor shall provide accurate copies of the requested Distribution Records or any requested information contained in the Distribution Records to Primus in English; provided, however, that Primus may request such information no more frequently than once per quarter.
