Distribution Proposal means the proposal that the Fund implement a distribution policy substantially in the form set forth in Annex A hereto, it being understood that such form is subject to revision in response to comments by the Staff of the SEC.

  • If the Distribution Proposal fails the vote, the SCO secretariat must refer the matter to the MOC for resolution.

  • The SCO Secretariat will prepare a Distribution Proposal for each financial year for approval by the SCO, no later than 3 months before the commencement of the financial year to which it relates.
