Distribution Product definition

Distribution Product means the product described in clause (a) of the definition of “Products.”
Distribution Product shall not include Non-Exclusive Second Look Products supplied to a Person other than the Partnership; provided, further, that for purposes of this Agreement, "Distribution Product" shall include the Bulk Chemical Form of a Licensed Compound ordered by the Partnership for purposes of inclusion in a Special Combination Product.
Distribution Product means any Standard Product with geometries below .35 micron, any New Products, and any Next Generation products.

  • Combination Product means any product that comprises a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product sold in conjunction with another active component so as to be a combination product (whether packaged together or in the same therapeutic formulation).
