Distribution Platforms definition

Distribution Platforms means distribution network of a DTH operator, multi- system operator, HITS operator or IPTV operator, as the case may be and shall be applied in the context of this Agreement;
Distribution Platforms means third party providers ofmarketing/advertising technologies (such as Adservers, DSPs, search or social marketing platforms), or tracking/analytics technologies, or on-site optimization technologies, or any other technology where the User has indicated one or several Marketing Entities that could trigger one or several Marketing Actions required by the User.
