Distribution plant means all wiring, cabling, fiber, conduit, microduct and other facilities and equipment extending from the Cox facilities in the public right-of-way throughout the Property and buildings until terminating at the panel or other Cox equipment where wiring is first dedicated to individual Units or individual loops. The Distribution Plant includes, without limitation, lockboxes, pedestals, equipment, WiFi access points, hardware, and other facilities used by Cox to deliver Services at the Property.
