Distribution plant means all wiring, cabling, fiber, conduit, microduct and other facilities and equipment extending from the Cox facilities in the public right-of-way throughout the Property and buildings until terminating at the panel or other Cox equipment where wiring is first dedicated to individual Units or individual loops.
