Distribution Node definition

Distribution Node means, for each Segment of Capacity along the Route listed in Appendix A, each Level 3 gateway or synergy site along the Route on the Level 3 Network where Capacity could, but not necessarily will, be delivered to Teligent for distribution by Teligent.
