Distribution Incurrence Test definition

Distribution Incurrence Test means the test pursuant to Clause 14.2.2 (Distribution Incurrence Test).
Distribution Incurrence Test means the Distribution Incurrence Test as set out in paragraph (b) of Clause 12.1 (Incurrence Tests).
Distribution Incurrence Test means the test that the Leverage Ratio (adjusted in accordance with Clause 15.6 (Calculation Adjustments)) does not exceed 2.50:1 for the relevant test period.
