Main Distribution Frame or "MDF" means a CenturyLink distribution frame (e.g., COSMIC™ frame) used to connect CenturyLink cable pairs and line and trunk equipment terminals on a CenturyLink switching system. "Maintenance and Repair" involves the exchange of information between Carriers where one initiates a request for maintenance or repair of existing products and services or Unbundled Network Elements or combinations thereof from the other with attendant acknowledgments and status reports in order to ensure proper operation and functionality of facilities. "Maintenance of Service charge" is a Miscellaneous Charge that relates to trouble isolation work performed by CenturyLink. Basic Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work during standard business hours. Overtime Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work on a business day, but outside standard business hours, or on a Saturday. Premium Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work on either a Sunday or CenturyLink recognized holiday.
Main Distribution Frame (MDF means the termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the CO.
Distribution box means a watertight component that receives effluent from a septic tank or other treatment unit and distributes effluent via gravity in approximately equal portions to two or more distribution laterals in the soil treatment area.
Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below. Accordingly, the Unitholder's "Income Distribution" shall be equal to:
Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.
REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
Distribution Plan means a plan for the distribution of the shares in the capital of the Company prepared by the Trustees in accordance with clause 4;
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.
Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;
Lower-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Lower-Tier REMIC.
REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
REMIC II Distribution Amount (I) For any Distribution Date prior to the Credit Support Depletion Date, the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date shall be distributed to the REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-2 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
Distribution Rate means, for the Distribution Period beginning on (and including) the date of original issuance and ending on (but excluding) the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the rate per annum of 3.90%, and for each Distribution Period beginning on or after the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the Coupon Rate for such Distribution Period.
Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.
Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;
Upper-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Upper-Tier REMIC.
Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The account or accounts created and maintained as a separate account (or separate sub-account within the same account as another Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Benchmark 2019-B12 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-B12, Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account. The Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Lower-Tier REMIC.
REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and
Distribution Payment Date has the meaning set forth in paragraph 2(b) of Annex I.
Distribution Margin means the margin which the IPTV Operator is entitled for the purpose of distribution of pay Zee Group Channels or bouquet of pay Zee Group Channels, as the case may be.
Regular Distribution Dates means each June 15 and each December 15, commencing on December 15, 2016; provided, however, that, if any such day shall not be a Business Day, the related distribution shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day without additional interest.
Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The segregated account or accounts (or a subaccount of the Distribution Account) created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator (on behalf of the Trustee) pursuant to Section 3.04(b) in trust for the Certificateholders, which shall initially be entitled “Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Master Servicer on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered holders of GS Mortgage Securities Corporation II, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2017-GS8, Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account”. Any such account or accounts shall be an Eligible Account.
Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.
Regular Distribution Date With respect to distributions of Scheduled Payments in respect of the Certificates, means each date designated as a Regular Distribution Date in the Certificates issued pursuant to this Agreement, until payment of all the Scheduled Payments to be made under the Equipment Notes held in the Trust have been made; provided, however, that, if any such day shall not be a Business Day, the related distribution shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day without additional interest.
Lower-Tier Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.02(a).
Distribution Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
