Distribution Frame or “DF” means a frame at which Wirelines are terminated and where interconnections of such Wirelines are made;

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

The Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC.
