  • Main Distribution Frame or "MDF" means a CenturyLink distribution frame (e.g., COSMIC™ frame) used to connect CenturyLink cable pairs and line and trunk equipment terminals on a CenturyLink switching system. "Maintenance and Repair" involves the exchange of information between Carriers where one initiates a request for maintenance or repair of existing products and services or Unbundled Network Elements or combinations thereof from the other with attendant acknowledgments and status reports in order to ensure proper operation and functionality of facilities. "Maintenance of Service charge" is a Miscellaneous Charge that relates to trouble isolation work performed by CenturyLink. Basic Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work during standard business hours. Overtime Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work on a business day, but outside standard business hours, or on a Saturday. Premium Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work on either a Sunday or CenturyLink recognized holiday.

  • Main Distribution Frame (MDF means the termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the CO.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Distribution Payment Date has the meaning set forth in paragraph 2(b) of Annex I.

  • Distribution Margin means the margin which the IPTV Operator is entitled for the purpose of distribution of pay Zee Group Channels or bouquet of pay Zee Group Channels, as the case may be.

  • Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.

  • Regular Distribution Date With respect to distributions of Scheduled Payments in respect of the Certificates, means each date designated as a Regular Distribution Date in the Certificates issued pursuant to this Agreement, until payment of all the Scheduled Payments to be made under the Equipment Notes held in the Trust have been made; provided, however, that, if any such day shall not be a Business Day, the related distribution shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day without additional interest.

  • Lower-Tier Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.02(a).

  • Distribution Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
