From time to time after the Distribution, Demand Media shall promptly reimburse Rightside, upon Rightside’s reasonable request and the presentation by Rightside of such substantiating documentation as Demand Media shall reasonably require, for the cost of any obligations or Liabilities satisfied or assumed by a Rightside Entity that are the responsibility of a Demand Media Entity pursuant to this Agreement.
The discounts shall only apply to the following base rate charges, if applicable to Customer: Distribution Demand, Generation and Transmission Demand, and Energy.
