Distribution Class definition

Distribution Class means Euro Class Shares, Sterling Class Shares, Sterling Institutional Shares "Distribution Class Shares, Euro Institutional Distribution Class Shares and US Dollar Class Shares;
Distribution Class means a Class which declares and pays distributions in accordance with the applicable distribution policies.
Distribution Class means a class of the Sub-Fund which declares and pays distributions in accordance with the applicable distribution policies, and is referenced as "Dist".

  • Distributions will commence only after a period of at least 6 months following the inception of the relevant Distribution Class (or after such other period as we may determine at our sole discretion).

  • Distributions of a Distribution Class declared, if any, shall be distributed among the Unitholders of the relevant Distribution Class rateably in accordance with the number of Units held by them on the record date as determined by the Manager in respect of the corresponding distribution.

More Definitions of Distribution Class

Distribution Class means any class of Shares as designated in the Special Section for the relevant Sub-Fund where distributions will be made.

Related to Distribution Class

  • Distribution box means a watertight component that receives effluent from a septic tank or other treatment unit and distributes effluent via gravity in approximately equal portions to two or more distribution laterals in the soil treatment area.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof. For purposes of clarity, the Class IO Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Supplemental Interest Trust on such Distribution Date in excess of the amount payable on the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 5.07(f) hereof.

  • Group 2 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The segregated account, accounts or sub-accounts created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator (on behalf of the Trustee) pursuant to Section 3.04(b) in trust for the Certificateholders, which shall initially be entitled “Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered holders of BANK 2017-BNK4, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 0000-XXX0, Xxxxx-Xxxx REMIC Distribution Account”. Any such account, accounts or sub-accounts shall be an Eligible Account.

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Super Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Distribution Amount means the principal amount of $42,500,000 for each of the COP Swap Counterparties, plus interest, on and after October 15, 2014, on the unpaid Net Amount at the rate applicable to obligations under the Postpetition Financing Agreement, payable in cash in the manner set forth in the COP Swap Settlement Agreement.

  • Group 1 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class B-6 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second of Section 4.01(a).

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Class B-2 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eighth, ninth and tenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Subordinated Class means, with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes.

  • Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.

  • Regular Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class B-1 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, sixth and seventh of Section 4.01(a).

  • Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained as a separate trust account (or separate sub-account within the same account as the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of BMO 2022-C1 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2022-C1, and the Uncertificated Interest Owners, Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account. The Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
