Distribution Class means a Class which declares and pays distributions in accordance with the applicable distribution policies.

Distribution Class shall include Class S Units, Class STE Units, Class D Units, Class DTE Units, Class I Units and Class ITE Units; and any reference to an “Accumulation Class” shall include Class STE-ACC Units, Class DTE-ACC Units and Class ITE-ACC Units.
