Distribution Claim definition

Distribution Claim means the amount of the Affected Unsecured Claim of an Affected Unsecured Creditor against the Applicant as finally accepted and determined for distribution purposes in accordance with this Claims Procedure Order and the CCAA;
Distribution Claim means the Deemed Proven Claims and any Claim against the Applicant, or such portion thereof, that is not barred by any provision of the Claims Procedure Order and which has been finally accepted and determined for distribution purposes in accordance with the Claims Procedure Order and the CCAA.
Distribution Claim means with respect to: (i) each of the Deemed Proven Claims, the amount of each such Proven Claim, which shall include accrued interest calculated at the interest rates set out in the Sanction Order in respect of each such Proven Claim; (ii) the Canadian Direct Purchaser Proven Claim, the amount of such Proven Claim (iii) the Indirect Purchaser Proven Claim, the amount of such Proven Claim; and (iv) each other Affected Creditor’s Proven Claim, the aggregate of each such Affected Creditor’s Proven Claim and the applicable portion of the Aggregate Interest Amount in respect of such Proven Claim.

  • Eligible claimants for a Distribution Claim payment will receive a pro rata share of the remaining funds in the Settlement Fund after payment to other claimants.

  • If either CMI or CTLP is entitled to receive shares of Restructured Canwest Global pursuant to section A.5(iii) or A.5(iv), respectively, such shares shall instead be distributed to the creditors of CMI or CTLP, as the case may be, pro rata, based on each such creditor’s CMI Proven Distribution Claim or CTLP Proven Distribution Claim.

  • A Distribution Claim is a claim that you wish to be compensated for the fact that your credit report was not updated to reflect the fact that the sold CBUSA debt associated with your CBUSA credit card was discharged in Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

  • Depending upon how many persons submit claims, Distribution Claim awards may be between $10 and $125 per card holder (but may be higher or lower).


More Definitions of Distribution Claim

Distribution Claim means any Claim against the Applicants, or such portion thereof, that is not barred by any provision of this Order and which has been finally accepted and determined for distribution purposes in accordance with this Claims Procedure Order and the CCAA;

  • Priority Claim means a Claim that is entitled to priority in payment pursuant to section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code that is not an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim.
