Effective as of the Distribution, Cable will establish a defined contribution plan that includes a qualified cash or deferred arrangement within the meaning of Section 401(k) of the Code (the “Cable 401(k) Plan”) providing benefits to Cable Employees and Former Cable Employees participating in The Savings Plan for GHC Divisions (the “▇▇▇▇▇▇ 401(k) Plan”) as of the Distribution.
