DISTRIBUTING AGENCY. The agency, usually an agency of State government, which enters into an agreement with FNS for the distribution of USDA Foods to eligible recipient agencies.
DISTRIBUTING AGENCY means the Department due to its selection by the Governor of the State or the State legislature, to distribute donated foods in the state, in accordance with an agreement with the Food and Nutrition Service of the Department of Agriculture.
DISTRIBUTING AGENCY means a State agency which enters into an agreement with the Department for the distribution of donated foods pursuant to Part 250 of this title.
