Distributed Product definition

Distributed Product or "Distributed Products" means Software Devices embodying a Game Title and playable on the Game Machine.
Distributed Product means Master Recordings and Videos (as well as Records embodying same) that are owned or controlled, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly by (a) you or the Principal or any Related Company; and/or (b) any present or future members or equity owners of you or the Principal or any Related Company; and/or (c) any Person owning or controlling any of the foregoing or having or controlling a financial interest in all or any part of the recording and/or distribution and/or other Record exploitation rights, directly or indirectly, of the foregoing.

Examples of Distributed Product in a sentence

  • The Manufacturer, however, reserves the right to reject any Distributed Product tendered by the Distributor which is not in first class condition, which is obsolete or which is otherwise not fit for resale.

  • Any Distributed Product sold by the Distributor prior to such termination but not yet installed (assuming installation is necessary) shall be installed by the Manufacturer and all mutually agreed upon expenses shall be charged to the Distributor's account and deducted at time of final statement.

  • Palomar shall test all Distributed Products before shipment to Coherent and provide a copy to Coherent of such test results with the Distributed Product.

  • In the absence of specific instructions, Palomar will select the carrier and ship freight prepaid and added to the price of the Distributed Product.

  • In the absence of such notice, the Distributed Product shall be conclusively deemed to have been delivered.

  • Universal will have the exclusive right in the Territory to manufacture Distributed Product hereunder on your behalf during the Term of this agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Article 6.

  • Palomar agrees to prepare, with Coherent's collaboration and assistance, and thereafter deliver to Coherent, one copy of the service manual and operator's manual for each Distributed Product, which Coherent may then copy.

  • In case any Distributed Product is returned to T2 by one of T2's customers, title to such Distributed Product shall vest with T2 upon such Distributed Product leaving such customer and shall remain with T2 until such Distributed Product is restocked by T2 in its inventory, at which time title to such Distributed Product shall return to Gathering.

  • If either party discovers any such product that is not included on Exhibit A or B hereto, as the case may be, such product shall be ------- - - deemed added to such Exhibit, and considered a Distributed Product of the Manufacturer, at the request of the Distributor of such product.

  • With respect to On-line Distribution, T2 shall receive a Fee of ten percent (10%) of gross income paid to T2 less costs of goods sold for each individual Distributed Product sold thereby by T2.
