Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation definition

Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation has the meaning in the CAISO Tariff.
Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation means the aggregation of each of Seller’s Distributed Energy Resources, and as further described in the CAISO Tariff.
Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation means, for ECR Projects which are DERs only, the aggregation of each of Seller’s Distributed Energy Resources, and as further described in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Seller shall maintain all Permits, licenses, certifications and approvals necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Project [(including the Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation)] {SCE Note: For ECR Projects that are DERs only}, and shall operate the Project in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices, Applicable Laws, Permit Requirements, and Industry Standards.

  • Seller shall, or shall cause the Interconnection Affiliate, as applicable, to comply with the CAISO Tariff, [applicable to Distributed Energy Resources, a Distributed Energy Resource Provider, and a Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation] {SCE Note: ECR Projects with DERs only}, including securing and maintaining in full force and effect all required CAISO agreements, certifications and approvals.

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO-Approved Meter.

  • Energy Resource means a generating facility that is not a Capacity Resource.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.
