Distributable Software definition

Distributable Software means the Algorithm Software which runs on the Licensed Digital IP Block;
Distributable Software means the [*****] which runs on the [*****];
Distributable Software means the Software distributed in Object Code and described in Exhibit A solely to be integrated, embedded and incorporated into the Licensed Products.

Examples of Distributable Software in a sentence

  • Similarly, to the extent PTC or its Affiliates develops any applications based on RA software, RA will own all of the RA Distributable Software incorporated into such application.

  • You may not  alter any copyright, trademark or patent notice in the Distributable Software;  use Microsoft’s trademarks in your programs’ names or in a way that suggests your programs come from or are endorsed by Microsoft;  include Distributable Software in malicious, deceptive or unlawful programs; or  modify or distribute the source code of any Distributable Software so that any part of it becomes subject to an Excluded License.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Distributable Software shall only be executable on [*****] or systems that incorporate a Licensed Chip.

  • You may permit distributors of your programs to copy and distribute the Distributable Software as part of those programs.
