Distressed Inventory definition
Distressed Inventory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.5(e).
Examples of Distressed Inventory in a sentence
Penn Traffic shall be responsible for the cost and disposition of any Existing Inventory consisting of or that becomes damaged, distressed, off-condition, out-of-code, short-coded or dead inventory items, excess or discontinued Merchandise (collectively, "Distressed Inventory"), whether or not owned by Penn Traffic, all consistent with the Amended Supply Agreement.
