The Corporation shall have two classes of members: Regular members and Distinguished Members.
A special meeting of the members may be requested by the lesser of 50 Regular Members or more, or ten percent of the Regular Members and Distinguished Members or more.
A written request for a special meeting of the Members must be signed by the appropriate number of Regular Members and Distinguished Members, contain a statement of the purposes of the meeting, and be delivered to the President or Secretary of the Corporation.
