Distinguished Members definition

Distinguished Members means Personal Members of the Association who have held office as Director, Vice-President or President of ALIA and Personal Members who have been conferred with a Fellowship;

Examples of Distinguished Members in a sentence

  • The Corporation shall have two classes of members: Regular members and Distinguished Members.

  • A special meeting of the members may be requested by the lesser of 50 Regular Members or more, or ten percent of the Regular Members and Distinguished Members or more.
