Distinguished Faculty definition

Distinguished Faculty means a promotion and appointment to the State University's highest academic rank-Distinguished Professor, Distinguished Teaching Professor, Distinguished Service Professor or Distinguished Librarian conferred solely by the State University Board of Trustees, and representing a tenured rank above that of full professor. It is the highest rank bestowed upon Rockland Community College faculty.
