Distance to target definition

Distance to target means the difference between the average specific emissions of CO2 specified in column D and the specific emissions target in column E. Where the value in column F is positive, the average specific emissions of CO2 exceed the specific emissions target.
Distance to target. (g CO2/km) means the difference between the average specific emissions of CO2 specified in column E and the specific emissions target specified in column F, from which the error margin specified in column J is subtracted.
Distance to target. (g CO2/km) means the difference between the average specific emissions of CO2 (column E) and the specific emissions target (column F), from which the error margin (column I) is subtracted.
