Distance Learning School definition

Distance Learning School means an independent school that offers a program of elementary or secondary education through correspondence, electronic mail, satellite communication, or other means and that, because of its structure, does not meet some or all the rules of the Board for approved independent schools and is ineligible to receive public tuition payments pursuant to 16 V.S.A. § 166.(b)(6).
