DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS definition

DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS means students who pose a clear threat to the safety and welfare of other students or the school staff, who create an unsafe school environment or whose behavior materially interferes with the learning of other students or disrupts the overall educational process, all as more fully described and defined in 24 P.S. §19-1901-C(5).

Examples of DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS in a sentence

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide an invoice to the SCHOOL DISTRICT on a monthly basis detailing all of the DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS in actual attendance for the preceding month.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide an unlimited number of SLOTS for matriculation of DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS by the SCHOOL DISTRICT during the CONTRACT TERM.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide all services, personnel, supplies and equipment at its sole cost and expense as is necessary to provide the ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM to the DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS assigned by the SCHOOL DISTRICT in accordance with the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT and in accordance with SCHOOL DISTRICT Policy No. 132 “Alternative Education,” which is attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated herein.

Related to DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS

  • Disruptive student means an elementary or secondary student under the age of 21 who is substantially disruptive of the educational process or substantially interferes with the teacher's authority over the classroom.

  • Disruptive behavior means conduct that materially and substantially interferes with or obstructs the teaching or learning process in the context of a classroom or educational setting.

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • Screening means the process to determine whether the person seeking assistance needs further comprehensive assessment.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.
