DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITY definition
DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITY means an activity that has the potential to disrupt, obstruct, impede or otherwise interfere with the orderly conduct of administrative, educational, recreational, health care, cultural or religious services or ceremonial activities in accordance with sections 3 and 5 of Tsawwassen First Nation Good Neighbour Regulation, 2009 as amended or replaced from time to time;
DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITY means any, action taken, whether by act or by speech or through any other media of in any other manner whatsoever, -
DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITY means “lockouts, picketing, strikes, sympathy strikes, sit-downs, stand-ins, slowdowns, wobbles, walk-offs, mass resignations, mass leave or other refusals to work of any kind, or attempts to dissuade others from making deliveries to the TERRITORY, from performing services for, or otherwise doing business within the TERRITORY;
