Disrupting definition

Disrupting means engaging in behavior during a meeting of a legislative body that actually disrupts, disturbs, impedes, or renders infeasible the orderly conduct of the meeting and includes, but is not limited to, one of the following:
Disrupting or “interfering” shall include, but not be limited to, direct or indirect solicitation, sponsorship, or recruitment of TN IMDs for other direct selling business opportunities, products, or services. A violation of this provision shall result in the termination of the IMD Agreement and all commission payments.
