Disrupted definition

Disrupted means: cancelled; diverted off the Route over which it was scheduled to run in the Corresponding Day Timetable; and/or starting or finishing short in comparison with the Service as timetabled in the Corresponding Day Timetable;
Disrupted shall be construed accordingly; "EGT's Sites" means those sites belonging to, leased by or otherwise made available for use by EGT during the Term which are not owned by leased by or
Disrupted means that a structural component of a solid waste facility has been compromised.

Examples of Disrupted in a sentence

  • If any Exchange Business Day during an Unwind Period is a Disrupted Day, the Calculation Agent shall make commercially reasonable adjustments to the terms of the Transaction (including, without limitation, the Cash Settlement Amount, the number of Net Share Settlement Shares and the 10b-18 VWAP) to account for the occurrence of such Disrupted Day.

  • Any Scheduled Trading Day on which, as of the date hereof, the Exchange is scheduled to close prior to its normal close of trading shall be deemed not to be a Scheduled Trading Day; if a closure of the Exchange prior to its normal close of trading on any Scheduled Trading Day is scheduled following the date hereof, then such Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be a Disrupted Day in full.

  • Any Exchange Business Day on which, as of the date hereof, the Exchange is scheduled to close prior to its normal close of trading shall be deemed not to be an Exchange Business Day; if a closure of the Exchange prior to its normal close of trading on any Exchange Business Day is scheduled following the date hereof, then such Exchange Business Day shall be deemed to be a Disrupted Day in full.

  • If any Exchange Business Day during an Unwind Period for any Transaction is a Disrupted Day, the Calculation Agent shall make commercially reasonable adjustments to the terms of such Transaction (including, without limitation, the Cash Settlement Amount, the number of Net Share Settlement Shares and the 10b-18 VWAP) to account for the occurrence of such Disrupted Day.

  • If any Exchange Business Day during an Unwind Period is a Disrupted Day, the Calculation Agent shall make commercially reasonable adjustments to the terms of the Transaction (including, without limitation, the Cash Settlement Amount and the 10b-18 VWAP) to account for the occurrence of such Disrupted Day.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the operation of this “Other Forwards” provision shall not be deemed to give rise to a Disrupted Day or other adjustment to the Transaction.

  • Section 6.6 (b) of the Equity Derivatives Definitions is replaced in its entirety by the words: “If any Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, in the case of an Index Basket Transaction, the Valuation Date for all the Indices shall be the first succeeding Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day, unless each of the five Scheduled Trading Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day.

  • Disruption , as used in this part, means the cost effect upon, or the increased cost of performing, the unchanged work due to a change to the contract.
