If any Exchange Business Day during an Unwind Period is a Disrupted Day, the Calculation Agent shall make commercially reasonable adjustments to the terms of the Transaction (including, without limitation, the Cash Settlement Amount, the number of Net Share Settlement Shares and the 10b-18 VWAP) to account for the occurrence of such Disrupted Day.
Any Scheduled Trading Day on which, as of the date hereof, the Exchange is scheduled to close prior to its normal close of trading shall be deemed not to be a Scheduled Trading Day; if a closure of the Exchange prior to its normal close of trading on any Scheduled Trading Day is scheduled following the date hereof, then such Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be a Disrupted Day in full.

Section 6.6 (b) of the Equity Derivatives Definitions is replaced in its entirety by the words: “If any Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, in the case of an Index Basket Transaction, the Valuation Date for all the Indices shall be the first succeeding Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day, unless each of the five Scheduled Trading Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day.
Disrupted adjacent drainage tile lines shall be attached thereto to provide an adequate outlet for the disrupted adjacent tile lines.
