Interfere means, to solicit, entice, persuade, induce, influence or attempt to influence, directly or indirectly, clients or Prospective Clients, employees, agents or independent contractors of the Company or any of its affiliated companies to restrict, reduce, sever or otherwise alter their relationship with the Company or any of its affiliated companies.
Disruption , as used in this part, means the cost effect upon, or the increased cost of performing, the unchanged work due to a change to the contract.
Injure , “Injured” or “Injury” means bodily injury caused solely and directly by violent, accidental, visible and external means, which happens at a definite time and place during your period of cover and does not result from any illness, Sickness or disease.
Disruptive student means an elementary or secondary student under the age of 21 who is substantially disruptive of the educational process or substantially interferes with the teacher’s authority over the classroom.
Minimize means to reduce and/or eliminate to the extent achievable using control measures (including BMPs) that are technologically available, economically practicable, and achievable in light of best industry or municipal practices.
harmful interference means interference which endangers the functioning of a radio navigation service or of other safety services or which otherwise seriously degrades, obstructs or repeatedly interrupts a radio communications service operating in accordance with the applicable international, Union or national regulations;
Impact means any effect caused by a proposed activity on the environment including human health and safety, flora, fauna, soil, air, water, climate, landscape and historical monuments or other physical structures or the interaction among these factors; it also includes effects on cultural heritage or socio-economic conditions resulting from alterations to those factors;
Disruptive behavior means conduct that materially and substantially interferes with or obstructs the teaching or learning process in the context of a classroom or educational setting.
Normal Business Hours means those hours during which most similar businesses in City are open to serve customers. In all cases, “Normal Business Hours” must include some evening hours, at least one (1) night per week and/or some weekend hours.
Divert means to use material for any lawful purpose other than disposal in a landfill or transfer facility for disposal
Disturber is defined as a technology recognized by industry standards bodies that significantly degrades service using another technology (such as how AMI T1x affects DSL).
Business Hour means a clock hour during the standard business hours of a Business Day based on Customer’s “Support Region” and “Support Center” as set forth at www.liferay.com/support/coverage-areas-and-hours.
Interference means a discharge which, alone or in conjunction with a discharge or discharges from other sources, both: 1) inhibits or disrupts the POTW, its treatment processes or operations, or its sludge processes, use or disposal; and (2) therefore, is a cause of a violation of any requirement of the POTW's NPDES permit (including an increase in the magnitude or duration of a violation) or of the prevention of sewage sludge use or disposal in compliance with the following statutory provisions and regulations or permits issued thereunder (or more stringent local regulations): Section 405 of the Clean Water Act, the Solid Waste Disposal Act (SWDA) (including Title II, more commonly referred to as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and including state regulations contained in any state sludge management plan prepared pursuant to Subtitle D of SWDA), the Clean Air Act, and the Toxic Substances Control Act.
Business Hours means 8:00 AM thru 5:00 PM Mountain Standard or Mountain Daylight Time, whichever is in effect on the date given.

Competitors means any Person who is not an Affiliate of a Loan Party and who engages (or whose Affiliate engages), as its primary business, in the same or similar business as a material business of the Loan Parties.
Interfering Activities means (i) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any individual employed by, or individual or entity providing consulting services to, the Company or any other member of the Company Group to terminate such employment or consulting services; provided, that the foregoing shall not be violated by general advertising not targeted at employees or consultants of the Company or any other member of the Company Group; (ii) hiring any individual who was employed by the Company or any other member of the Company Group within the six (6) month period prior to the date of such hiring; or (iii) encouraging, soliciting or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit or induce any customer, supplier, licensee or other business relation of the Company or any other member of the Company Group to cease doing business with or materially reduce the amount of business conducted with the Company or any other member of the Company Group, or in any way interfere with the relationship between any such customer, supplier, licensee or business relation and the Company or any other member of the Company Group.
Imminent danger means there is reasonable cause to believe the life or physical, emotional, or financial well-being of an individual is in danger if no intervention is immediately initiated.
Business Activities shall be any business activities conducted by Buyer, FCB or any of their Affiliated Companies, which consist of, among others, commercial, agricultural or consumer loans and extensions of credit, letters of credit, commercial and consumer deposits and deposit accounts, securities repurchase agreements and sweep accounts, cash management services, money transfer and xxxx payment services, Internet or electronic banking, automated teller machines, mortgage loans, and home equity lines of credit. The “Restricted Area” shall mean Roosevelt, Valley, and Xxxxx and Xxxxx counties in Montana. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 2(d) shall prohibit (i) Director from serving on any board of directors as a non-employee director of a bank or bank holding company located within the Restricted Area (x) after the first (1st) anniversary of the Effective Time or (y) from and after the Effective Time to the extent that Director currently serves on the board of directors of such bank or bank holding company as of the date hereof and such bank or bank holding company is identified on Schedule A hereto; (ii) Director from acquiring or holding, for investment purposes only, less than five percent (5%) of the outstanding securities of any business organization which may compete directly or indirectly with FCB, Buyer or any of their Affiliated Companies; or (iii) Director or any of Director’s Affiliated Companies from continuing to hold outstanding securities held by Director and any of Director’s Affiliated Companies as of the date of this Agreement so long as such investment in a financial institution engaged in Business Activities in the Restricted Area is disclosed on Schedule A hereto.
Operations means office maintenance, including salaries and expenses of employees, office supplies, consultation fees, design costs, and other expenses incurred in the daily management of the authority and planning of its activities.
Harm means ill-treatment or the impairment of health or development, including for example, impairment suffered from seeing or hearing the ill-treatment of another;
materially shall, when used in this Agreement, be construed, measured or assessed on the basis of whether the matter would materially affect a party and its subsidiaries, taken as a whole; and
Access means disclosure by the provision of access;
Visitors means any visitor, user, subscriber or viewer of the i*Trade@CIMB Portal.
