Disputed Obligation definition
Disputed Obligation shall have the meaning described in Article 24.2.
Disputed Obligation means any dispute, by a GoS Party, in respect of the requirement to comply with an obligation expressed to be assumed by such GoS Party in any Relevant Agreement on the basis that such obligation is illegal, invalid, void, voidable or unenforceable under the applicable Legal Requirements;
Disputed Obligation shall have meaning set forth in Section 4.9.
Examples of Disputed Obligation in a sentence
If the Company shall in good faith dispute any Obligation hereunder, such amount shall be deemed a Disputed Obligation.
During such sixty-day period, Buyer shall not (and Buyer shall cause the Company not to) make any payment to any Vendor with respect to a Disputed Obligation without the consent of Seller.
