Dispute or complaint resolution process definition
Dispute or complaint resolution process means any process for dealing with a complaint or dispute in accordance with this clause and clause 14, and includes: an investigation; a mediation; a meeting dealing with a dispute or complaint; and the making of a recommendation, report, appeal or decision in relation to a complaint or dispute. A dispute or complaint resolution process also includes any communication made as part of such a process.
