Dispute Manager definition

Dispute Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1(a).
Dispute Manager means the people specified as such in Schedule 1; Escalated Dispute Manager means the person specified in Schedule 1;
Dispute Manager. A third party, which may be the Platform Manager, and which maintains call data records, that are generated independently of Gateway’s call data records.

  • If no resolution is achieved, either Party may escalate the matter to be addressed by the AT&T Sales Director and the CLEC Wholesale Dispute Manager within 30 days.

Dispute Manager means the people specified as such in Schedule 1; Documentation means any document (including report) which the Service Provider must prepare or provide to the Lead Agency in accordance with this Lead Agency Agreement and any other documentation reasonably required by the Lead Agency to enable the Lead Agency to use and obtain the full intended benefit of the Services;
