Disproportionate Adverse Effect definition
Disproportionate Adverse Effect means an “effect that is predominantly borne by an Environmental Justice Population or will be suffered by an Environmental Justice Population and is appreciably more severe or greater in magnitude than the adverse effect that will be suffered by white residents and non-low-income populations. In determining whether an adverse effect meets one or both of these definitions of an adverse effect, the MEPA Office will consider:
Disproportionate Adverse Effect means any adverse effect that impacts USGP, Company, Litho GP, and/or any of the Service Entities by more than ten percent (10%) as compared to others in the industry or operating a similar Business.
