Disposition Time definition

Disposition Time means effective time of the Disposition.

  • SLR 4 Service Request Disposition Time to assign Service Request Disposition of Service Request within 1 Business Day of receipt by Supplier of the Service Request, unless otherwise Approved by County (the “SR Disposition”).

  • Material Disposition means any Disposition of property or series of related Dispositions of property that yields gross proceeds to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in excess of $1,000,000.

  • Sale Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Disposition Notice is defined in Section 5.2(a).
