Disposal/Processing Facility definition
Disposal/Processing Facility means any facility located within Tennessee that accepts radioactive waste and/or items contaminated or potentially contaminated with licensable quantities of radioactive material or from licensable activities for packaging, repackaging, processing, refurbishing, storage pending disposal or disposal.
